you cant remap the fto ecu.. thats the only reason was asking.. youd be better giving it a good service to claim back the horses!

and thats not a bad figure really for at the wheels... its probably above average to be fair.. making it about a mid 190's atf... thats really respectable to be fair pal...

MAP Ecu... circa £700

Try seeing if you can pick up a second hand Apexi S-AFC II.
Mine was £100 and recently set up on a rolling road by Eurospec and they managed to tweek 11 bhp for me. :-D

yeah you can get a piggy back.. my apologies.. just that the average joe on the street just assumes flashing the standard ecu.
as matt says youre gonna be spending 400 on the mapecu 2 most likely.. there are other options and then 200 to set it up etc for maybe 10bhp?
dont go expecting anymore than that.. (ok maybe 12 or 14) but nothing like 20 or 30+. so it really is upto you buddy... i dont wanna sound like im pi££ing on your parade here.. im really not... just making sure you have all the info before you set your mind on the job. matt has suggested the probable best option of an apexi neo, or safc. have a look into them first id say

To be honest if i had the cash i would just drop a 3l turbo in it lol.....dont know which way im going to go yet all i do know is im keeping her for a few years and going to spend far more than she is worth making her something special.......thinking 19's lambo doors and lottttts of carbon :-P got my fingers in a pie or too so with abit of luck ill have some moding cash to make a start soon....as said though i will pop down to this even if its in a raw state lol

It's sat with no suspension though as I was supposed to be swapping them but I had to cut the bolt at the bottom of the strut. I've been trying to find replacement bushes (post in suspension) but can't seem to find the right one.

I need to get the car back on the floor again asap so I can sort out the intermittent engine problem.
