I put my name on the list in the official thread in good time last year, assumed wrongly that would guarantee a ticket and stand pass, I had to go away for work and in the few days I was away the tickets hit the shop and promptly sold out, luckily for me Richy had a spare stand pass but I had to pay full whack for my entry ticket from the Japfest site
The way Sumo sorted the other Japfest tickets was easy and straight forward, ask who wants tickets and take their payment up front

fair do's, would it be possible to send the club shop the money, or if not then could they list the tickets in advance so those of us who are definitely wanting to go can secure a place now ?

i work abroad quite a bit and some of the time i can't get internet access so i would miss out even though i had my name down as a definite to go.

The tickets go on sale in the shop, you buy them from there.

Tickets will be available from the shop when the price has been confirmed (subject to the form being completed and sent off).
I can't let you pay money yet Motorhead, as we don't have a confirmed price, yet.
If you think there is an issue with the way event tickets are purchased and distributed please raise your concerns with the Admin team.
Can I also remind you that names on a list in a thread are purely there to judge the popularity of an event - they are not a commitment to purchase a ticket.
