As I'm sure you will understand, this site and forum are financed by the membership of the club and so any commercial advertising is not free. We already have a number of regular and highly regarded advertisers, if you would like to join this group please get in touch. Trading Rules For Trading on the Forum of the FTOOC website The FTO Owners Club will accept and allow traders to post onto the forum of the FTOOC on its site subject to adherence with these terms and conditions, and completion of a Trader Application Form, completion of which constitutes an unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. The FTOOC reserves the right to refuse or withdraw Trader status, without refund, at its absolute discretion for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, breach of good faith and for bringing the Club into disrepute Use of the Forum and Website must comply with the FTOOC Posting Rules which can be found HERE. Failure to adhere to these may result in the withdrawal of Trader status or permanent exclusion from the FTOOC forum. All Posts advertising goods or services for sale are to be made only on the condition that the advertiser warrants that the advertisement does not now and will not include any material that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, obscene, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or encourages conduct that would violate any applicable local, national or international law. Any advertising posts shall not be in breach of any third parties moral, intellectual or contractual rights. The poster shall be responsible for the content of all its advertising material and shall indemnify the FTOOC in relation to any claims, disputes or other legal action (including legal fees) brought against FTOOC arising from and in relation to the trader's advertisements. Notwithstanding the above, the FTOOC shall be the sole judge of the suitability or otherwise, of an advertising post. We have diligently tried to make FTOOC an informative and enjoyable site on the Web. In return, we expect our advertisers to, at all times, conduct themselves with proper decorum and with consideration for all Internet users. Traders may not use the FTOOC to send any unauthorised solicitation, advertising or promotional material. These standards should be taken as minimum standards of acceptability that are subject to review from time to time.
